a draft Pension paper of ex No. 9 Abbass together with a Memo. from the Wor. ble

the Colonial Treasurer thereon, and to ask for instructions from the Government

as to what period of service

is to be counted when computing his pension.

This man has served with exemplary character for 31 years, having

a good record against him in his character roll; and,

the Colonial Treasurer states, he is the only man now in the Force in regard to whom such a contingency may arise at present with regard to Service.
